Q:
Why should I buy a manufactured home?

A: Manufactured homes are affordable housing.  They typically cost less than $40 per square foot, whereas an entry level site-built tract home starts at $75 per square foot.  By purchasing a manufactured home from Creative Country Homes, you can get in your home sooner, spend less, and get more house for your money. 
 

Q: What is the different between mobile homes, trailers and manufactured homes?

A: Up until 1976, these were called trailers or mobile homes.  In 1976, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) stepped in and established stringent building codes in order to standardize construction across the industry.  Now they are called manufactured homes


Q: How long will it take to get into my home?

A: The amount of time it takes to get you in your home will vary depending upon several factors, including how you pay for your home, what construction is needed, and even the weather.  Typically, a cash or chattel purchase will take less than one month to complete. This assumes there are no issues with delivery, setup or hookup of waste water and utilities.  Land/Home financing can take up to three months.
